Comfortable, stylish, completely furnished STUDIO FLAT for 2 in the hip area Neukoelln, next door to the Boddinstr. U8 underground station. The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building from the beginning of the last century. It has high ceilings, a beautifully renovated, original wooden floor and altogether 3 very ample windows facing the green, very quite internal courtyard. The whole flat has been lovingly renovated only a few years ago. It consists of an aisle, a bathroom, a living room with a huge sleeping sofa and a kitchen.
The flat's location and proximity to two very important underground lines, the U8 and U7, conveniently crossing Berlin respectively south-north and east-west, make it the ideal solution for anybody wishing to visit or having to work in Berlin for a short period of time. As a matter of fact, a 1/2 minute walk is enough to get to the U8 underground station "Boddinstrasse" (an 11min trip to Alexanderplatz, 12min to Mitte) and a 4 min. walk to the U7 underground station "Rathaus Neukoelln" takes you in around 5min to the heart of the Kreuzberg district (Bergmannkiez) and in 45/50 min to both airports (Schoenefeld and Tegel). Additionally, there are several bus-lines stopping around the corner and the circular railway (S-bahn/Ring) is only two underground stations away. In an extensive city like Berlin, such good connections can be precious.
Sheets, towels, pots, kitchen stuff, and all that is necessary to live the flat right away are there.
Enjoy your stay in Berlin!
Lo que les va a encantar a tus invitados de tu barrio
The flat is conveniently located in the northern edge (next to Kreuzberg) of what is renowned as being one of Berlin's hippest districts: Neukoelln. Increasingly populated by international students, artists and hipsters, Neukoelln currently embodies at best Berlin's fascinating, colorful social mix as well as its continuously evolving nature. Due also to Tempelhof (the 2nd-world-war airport nowadays turned into a huge, green, open recreational area) and Hasenheide parks - both 5 minutes' walk from the flat - Neukoelln has also been recently awarded as the greenest among Berlin's districts. Supermarkets, shopping malls, as well as plenty of typical berlin bars and cafes are just down the street.
This flat is not for kids or the elderly. No smoking inside the flat. No parties allowed. No further guests than the ones agreed upon.
