Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa
We live on an ex dairy farm of 60 acres (which we have been slowly renovating ourselves) with private access to the Goulburn River and 300 acres of crown land with a bush track and a sandy beach.
Our 2 acre garden has a park like feel with old oak trees, River red gums, plane trees and poplars overlooking the dam with rotunda and firepit.
We are one of just 4 properties with private access to this part if the River and there are strict guidelines around the use of the crown land particularly in summer with potential fire risk. Cattle usually have access to the crown land in order to keep the grass down.
Swimming in the River or the house dam is a popular way to cool off in the summer. We have two hand reared goats who keep the dam paddock down, an elderly golden retriever and two outside cats. The chook pen and vegie patch come and go depending on how motivated we are. Our house is very comfortable and in the future we plan to complete the renovation on the old dairy which will offer more self contained - which is still a work in progress.
