Our house is located on a quite, mature cul-de-sac with lovely trees. We have a ground level deck in our beautiful backyard that is completely fenced and private. The layout is a four level side split that is fairly open with a comfortable mixture of hardwood and carpet.

Our quiet and safe neighborhood is heavily treed and centrally located near walking and cycling trails, good restaurants and grocery shopping amenities. If interested in using the local transit system, it is easily accessed just one block away and we are just minutes away from the Expressway. We are also a short drive away from the University of Waterloo and Wilfred Laurier University, Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and go daytripping, this may be the place as we are centrally located to Lake Ontario, Lake Huron and Lake Erie (approx. 1.5 hr drive) where you can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach, and for those who are interested in theatre, we are approx. a 45 minute drive from the world famous Stratford Festival, St. Jacob's Playhouse, Drayton Festival, and the Dunfield Theatre. Niagara Falls is a 1.5 hour drive while the exciting events and attractions of Toronto are just over an hour away. Kitchener /Waterloo has several biking trails which we like taking advantage of as a family as well we are home to 6 golf courses, several community parks that host various events throughout the summer, Bingemans Water and Amusement Park and are located a 20 minute drive to the town of St. Jacob's (Ontario's favorite rural destination) in the heart of mennonite country. When wanting to eat out Kitchener has everything from fine dining to family friendly restaurants and exciting ethnic cuisine.
The Kitchener Waterloo area is home to 2 large universities and one community college, as well as a large high tech sector which includes Blackberry and Google.
