Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa
Our house is located in the beautiful area of Sillery, 5 min. from the Old Quebec and the city center. Our neighborhood is, in itself, part of an historic districts of Quebec where there are a large amount of parks and woodland history. We renovated our house entirely 1 year and a half ago. The ground floor is an open space where you will find a kitchen with all amenities (eg, dishwasher, microwave, etc..), a dining room, living room (HDTV, DVD, internet access ) and a bathroom. The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds) and a complete bathroom with bath and shower. The basement includes a double bed, a room for the kids and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Our house is very bright because it has many large windows. Guests can also enjoy a green and intimate courtyard, with a terrace, BBQ, hammock and games for children.
Our street is quiet with little traffic, despite the fact that we are in town. Community spirit is very present in the neighborhood and our neighbors are very friendly and will be able to answer your questions in French or in English. We have a cat in the house.
