Aarhus is the second largest city in Denmark - and one of the oldest. Its viking origins can be traced back to the 8th century. It is old and yet young: 15% of its inhabitants are students, so you can expect a youthful, creative and lively city. Aarhus has a lot to offer, whether you are into music, art, history, architecture, gastronomy or nature. And everything is within driving or often even walking distance.
Nearest airports: Aarhus (AAR) and Billund (BLL).
Legoland is a 1 hour car ride (or 90 minutes by bus) away.
