Lo que les va a encantar a tus invitados de tu casa
This home is perfect for a ski or boarding vacation during the winter months. The unit is on the ground floor, ski run corner, so you can ski or board right to the door, then back down to the new high speed lift. Week day ski passes are only $38 (holiday dates excluded). During the summer months, the altitude keeps the days cool and the nights cold, and the resort hosts many activities and events just outside the door of the condo. Parking is out of the weather in an underground lot below the unit. This is a perfect place to enjoy the summer or winter sports on the mountain, or to enjoy the wild flowers in early summer, or the fall color change, or to make it a home base to explore the near by national parks and monuments. The unit does occasionally rent on vrbo, so self cleaning is not an option. We have a professional cleaning service that will clean the unit after your stay, but you will have to pay the $90 cleaning fee (via pay pal) in order to confirm your reservation dates. We currently do not require a deposit or insurance, and your check out will be much easier for you when you do not need to deal with a self clean:)

Condo is ski in and ski out to the Giant Steps portion of Brian Head Ski resort, and the new tubing hill is just outside the door. The resort hosts various music and brew festivals during the summer season, as well as operating the main high speed detachable quad chair lift for sight seeing, hiking, and mountain biking. They have also added a summer zip line, archery, avalanche tubing, and disc golf. Brian Head is located at over 9,000 feet in elevation, so the summers are cool. It is just North of Cedar Breaks National Monument, and within an easy drive to Zion National Park, Bryce National Park, and many other state and county parks, monuments, and lakes. Please see http://www.brianhead.com/ for listing of events and attractions.
Bryce National Park is a beautiful 1hr and 15 minute 60 mile drive through historic Panguich, Utah. Cedar City is just a 40 minute drive (31 miles) via State Route 143 through Parawan, or a little longer if you drive the scenic route through Cedar Breaks National Monument and around to HW 14 along Cedar Canyon. Cedar Breaks is immediately next to Brian head, and the first viewing area is only a few miles south. That route is closed during the winter months, though.
Cedar City has a golf course, a pioneer museum, and the university has an annual Shakespeare festival each summer.
The South (and main) entrance to Zion National Park is 88 miles and 1hr 40 minutes via interstate 15 south, and also takes you right by the Kolob Canyons portion of Zion park, and certainly worth a stop .
The West entrance to Zion is 74 scenic miles and 1hr and 30 minutes. The drive inside the park from that West entrance to the main entrance and visitor center is one of the most beautiful anywhere.
