Lo que les va a encantar a tus invitados de tu casa
Our lovely home's most obvious stunning feature are the uninterrupted rice field views from the top level. The photos speak for themselves! It is a lovely spot to watch the sunset or do morning yoga or just generally relax!
It is a modern home, recently renovated with a large open kitchen, dining and living area upstairs and a large bedroom downstairs. There is also a decent sized garden and pool (without a security gate). There is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as a single bed / day bed. Our home would be great for a couple or a family with a small child who don't mind sharing the bedroom. We have filled the home with textiles and furnishings from Indonesia and the region - batiks, rugs, wall hangings and more. You will love it here!
Our staff are around too - a cleaner, Made, comes 6 days a week, and a gardener, Doblo comes two days a week so you don't have to focus too much on housework and can just relax.
You will be sharing the home with three gorgeous cats and a lovely dog. All of them are orphaned strays who we took in when they were little. They give us so much joy. You will obviously have to be animal people to stay here - we ask that you feed and love these animals like they were you're own!
The space includes:
- an open plan living, dining and kitchen area
- one large bedroom overlooking the pool and gardens
- terrace and day bed
- 2.5 bathrooms
- a kitchen with fridge, two burner gas stove, blender, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans, wine glasses
- a small study
- wifi (N.B. as a general rule, all of Bali has temperamental internet)
- a pool
- cleaning six days a week (usually our cleaner takes Sundays off)
- a car space
Lo que les va a encantar a tus invitados de tu barrio
The house is in quiet part of Ubud, Bali in the suburb of Junjungan. If you have ever been here, you know that the most peaceful spots are outside of the town centre. It is a beautiful area, with features typical of Balinese villages - temples, warungs (local eateries), rice fields and local shops. We are just around the corner from where they filmed Eat, Pray, Love! It is a peaceful and quiet part of Ubud.
However, we are only about 12 min to town by scooter. A perfect balance between close and far from town.
