Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa
Croydon has lots to offer mainly excellent travel connections to The City of London.
Fast train from East Croydon will get you into London Victoria within 20minutes. To drive about an hour in London traffic. Also superb links to Gatwick Airport within half hour on one train, Outside East Croydon station is a London black taxi rank, and it is around £8 to my place.
I'm 8minute walk from South Croydon train station and Buses and tram stops all within 15 minutes walking distance.
Croydon has two large shopping centres The Whitgift Centre and Centrale .
We have lots of parks Lloyds and Croham Hurst a stone throw away. A train or bus ride to Crystal Palace Park with the sports arena and Olympic pool.
Croydon has ample hotels Swimming pools and Libraries.
There is also Surrey Street market for fruit veg salad and all kinds of food and things.
The amount of restaurants along the High Street in South Croydon can only mean one thing ? That you are simply spoilt for choice.
It's perfect here just far enough away for peace and quiet and close enough to be easily accessed
There is a good size private balcony with beautiful sunrises and sunsets where you are welcome to smoke it seats four comfortably if you fancy tea outside. Roadside parking is not a problem here.
Lo que te va a encantar del barrio
My home is a one double/bedroom could all areas are very spacious
The bedroom and lounge room are both over 20square metres each leaving ample space to have another king size double bed down in the corner of the lounge room without it consuming you. See pictures. I've arranged pictures as 1 double or 2 with extra 1 if required in lounge. I am not keen to accept young children here as this is a very quiet of block of 15 apartments with only two children living on the ground floor. I also have elderly neighbours who like peace and quiet. This is a second floor apartment with no elevator! Therefore you have to carry your luggage up 22 stairs, so you have to be a little fit. I think the consolation is worth it once you're in here with the open view that's not private and not overlooked.
15 apartments in block so it's not huge.
Lawn to the front all fenced off this is not showing on Google map and neighbourhood.
There is also a back lawn for sitting in sun with tall conifer trees.
I have a four metre north facing private balcony looking towards London and The Shard at London Bridge on the horizon. The warm evenings can be spent quietly on the balcony see the beautiful sunsets with a glass of
As you can from the pictures there is a possibility for a comfortable king size low bed in the lounge area to enable sleeping for 4 people if required. The bed can be put away if only two people staying. The arrangements are up to you. You will be relaxed and peaceful here
